Minelab GP3500 In The Field

Prospecting for gold nuggets is made much easier because of the incredible advancements and upgrades the GP3500 has on it's predecessors.

To start with, the Minelab GP3500 packs an arsenal of technology while weighing only 5.2 pounds. It doesn't even feel that heavy due to the overall balance of the detector and can easily be carried through grass, forests, dry stream beds, rocky grounds, and up and down mountain sides.

The stock 11" Double D coil is extremely powerful and can find small nuggets at depths of more than a foot. The best thing about the strength of this nugget finder is that it provides an optimal balance for the smaller nuggets at greater depths all the while cutting right through highly mineralized soil and even hot rocks littering the gold fields. Anyone who's been nugget hunting before knows what a blessing this provides, especially those of us who don't enjoy our metal detectors sounding like arcade machines when even a hint of mineralized soil is near.
